Hand-forged from alternating layers of 1095 and 15N20 steel, the Damascus blade carries more than 200 true folds, producing a detailed grain structure with the working strength to match. The heat treatment brings the blade to roughly 58–60 HRC, giving it the edge retention, toughness, and everyday usability expected from a field-ready Damascus knife. The handle is crafted from stabilized Green Burl — individually shaped, contoured, and finished by hand in the 2R Bar shop, giving it a comfortable, balanced, and one-of-a-kind feel. The swirling grain, mineral tone, and natural inclusions make this piece truly unique within the Vault.
