Crafted from layered Hercules Damascus steel, the blade combines 33 layers of high-carbon steel, 33 layers of low-carbon steel, and a VG10 steel core, producing its striking raindrop pattern and exceptional cutting performance. The drop point profile with a convex edge offers controlled slicing, strong tip support, and excellent edge retention, with natural corrosion resistance from the VG10 center.
The handle is made from spalted maple — individually shaped, contoured, and finished by hand in the 2R Bar shop, giving it a smooth, balanced, and unmistakably one-of-a-kind feel. Its natural spalting lines and sculpted grip make this knife as visually captivating as it is functional.
