For more than three decades, Tim Reed has worked in residential construction, building homes and leading construction teams across multiple communities with national homebuilders Pulte Homes and Centex Homes.

Those years in the field shaped the way Tim approaches every project today. He learned early on that quality construction isn’t about rushing the job or cutting corners. It’s about understanding how homes are built, respecting the materials, and paying attention to the details that make work last.

After more than thirty years in large-scale residential construction leadership, Tim stepped away from corporate construction management to focus on the kind of work he enjoys most — building, creating, and working directly with his hands.

That passion led to the workshop behind 2R Bar, where Tim began crafting custom knives, wood pieces, and other handcrafted goods. The same attention to detail that defined his construction career carried into every piece that left the shop.

Today, 2R Bar is entering its next chapter.

Tim now brings more than three decades of residential construction experience directly to homeowners through licensed residential contracting and home improvement services. As an ICC Residential Contractor, he offers practical knowledge gained from a lifetime in construction along with the same commitment to quality craftsmanship that built his reputation.
